清洗機(jī)的性能好壞檢測方法

由于超聲波清洗的原理是空化效應(yīng),所以其性能驗(yàn)證主要是驗(yàn)證空化效應(yīng),目的是看清洗槽內(nèi)聲場強(qiáng)度是否存在盲區(qū)。

1、我們可以用鋁箔腐蝕方法進(jìn)行超聲波清洗機(jī)性能驗(yàn)證,將20-30微米厚的鋁箔紙放在支架上,垂直放置在清洗槽內(nèi),不要碰到底部。機(jī)器啟動(dòng)一段時(shí)間后,鋁箔表面不同部位的腐蝕程度可以間接反映出超聲波強(qiáng)度的深度是否均勻。

4、或者是用淀粉碘化鉀反應(yīng)方法超聲波清洗機(jī)性能驗(yàn)證。將淀粉處理成光敏乳劑,涂在載玻片上,置于含有稀釋碘溶液的超聲波容器中。在超聲空化作用下,碘和淀粉發(fā)生反應(yīng)變成藍(lán)色,導(dǎo)致玻片變色。對(duì)玻片進(jìn)行沖洗干燥,通過對(duì)玻片變色區(qū)域的觀察,推斷出聲場的分布。該方法可以彌補(bǔ)鋁箔腐蝕法中鋁箔損傷的缺陷,但不能進(jìn)行定量檢測。
